We aim to create a safe, respectful, and inspiring space where users can share, discover, and interact with content. These Community Guidelines apply in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We expect all users to treat each other with respect, honesty, and in compliance with the law. Content must not mislead, threaten, discriminate, or endanger other users. Stepflow protects freedom of expression and discussion as long as it does not violate the rights of others or these guidelines.

Stepflow may require labeling if content is significantly AI-generated or poses a risk of misleading users.
Advertising, affiliate links, sponsorships, and product placements must be clearly labeled. Hidden advertising, misleading claims, or manipulative sales practices are prohibited. Commercial content must not mislead users. Advertising content is subject to the same moderation standards as organic content.
The following are not allowed:
Stepflow may remove or restrict such activity, including automated or large-scale behavior.
Users may only upload content they have the necessary rights to use.
The following are prohibited:
Stepflow may remove content if third-party rights are infringed or a valid complaint is received.
It is prohibited to publish private or sensitive information about others without permission, including:
Doxxing, extortion, threats, spying, or bypassing privacy settings is also prohibited.
Content must not endanger, sexualize, manipulate, or encourage risky behavior among minors. Strictly prohibited are exploitation, grooming, abuse, dangerous challenges, or self-harm-related content involving minors. Additional restrictions may apply when minors are involved.
Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders is prohibited. Educational or supportive content may be allowed if it is not graphic, encouraging, or instructional. Stepflow may label, restrict, or remove such content for user safety.
Political content is allowed as long as it complies with these guidelines.
Prohibited are manipulated content, coordinated misinformation campaigns, election interference through deception, or content intended to disrupt democratic processes. Stepflow may apply additional review or visibility limitations where necessary.
Stepflow uses automated systems, human moderators, and user reports to review content. Automated systems assist in detecting spam, abuse, harmful content, and potential violations. Enforcement may be carried out by automated systems and/or trained human moderators.
In case of violations, Stepflow may take actions including:
Actions depend on severity, frequency, and impact of the violation.
Users may report content or profiles that violate these guidelines. Reports must be made in good faith. Abusive, false, or repeated spam reports may themselves result in action.
Users may appeal moderation decisions. Appeals must be submitted via support email: support@stpflw.com. Stepflow will review appeals within a reasonable timeframe and provide a reasoned decision. This aligns with transparency and complaint mechanisms under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).
In case of repeated or severe violations, Stepflow may take appropriate measures.
These may include:
The measure depends on the type, severity, and frequency of the violation. Creating new accounts to bypass a suspension is prohibited and may lead to immediate re-suspension.
